These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fui9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fui9 website located at https://fui9.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By accessing the fui9 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

fui9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, fui9 will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of fui9 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

fui9 operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform using 256-bit SSL encryption and independently certified random number generation. We do not make claims regarding specific regulatory licensing from any Bangladeshi government body. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Access to fui9 and all services offered on the platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility criteria apply to all fui9 account holders:

fui9 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the age and identity of all account holders before withdrawal requests are approved. Players may be asked to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.

To access fui9's gaming services, you must register a single personal account. Each individual may hold only one active account on the fui9 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. You must update this information promptly if it changes. fui9 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. All activity conducted through your account — including any wagers placed or withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the activity.

fui9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a national identity card (NID), passport, utility bill (dated within 90 days), bank statement, or mobile financial service statement. Accounts where verification cannot be completed to fui9's satisfaction may be restricted or permanently closed.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of the submission of satisfactory documentation. During any pending verification period, you may continue to place wagers, but withdrawals will be held until verification is confirmed.

All transactions on the fui9 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fui9 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with transactions on fui9.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your fui9 account balance within seconds of confirmation. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect. fui9 does not charge deposit fees, though your card issuer or mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("source of funds" policy). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 1–4 hours of approval
• Visa / Mastercard: Typically within 1–3 business days of approval

fui9 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. In such cases, additional documentation may be required and processing times may be extended. Players will be notified via email if their withdrawal request is subject to enhanced review.

fui9 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts other than those registered to and verified in the player's fui9 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited under all circumstances.

fui9 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all fui9 bonuses unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion-specific terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are non-transferable between accounts.
• Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash directly — they must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements first.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are available only to players who have not previously triggered the same offer, unless the promotion explicitly states it is recurring.

fui9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn prior to a player meeting the wagering requirement, the remaining bonus balance will be removed and any winnings generated solely from that bonus may be voided. Real-money funds deposited by the player are not affected by bonus cancellations.

As a registered player on fui9, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the fui9 platform, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or any other platform interaction.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game mode to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing cards, coordinating bets, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Automated systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features without human input.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, bugs, system glitches, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings generated as a result of a platform error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to gain access to another player's account, the platform's administrative systems, or any restricted area of the fui9 infrastructure.
• Harassment: Using live chat, support channels, or any platform feature to harass, threaten, or abuse fui9 staff or other players.
• Money laundering: Using fui9 for any purpose connected with financial crime, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal financial activity.

You agree not to access fui9 if you are subject to an active self-exclusion order on this platform or if you are aware that participation in online gambling is prohibited under the laws applicable to your specific circumstances. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your use of fui9 in your jurisdiction.

fui9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• Request by the player to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming programme
• Compliance with a legal or regulatory order

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, fui9 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and void any pending bets. Real-money funds held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and AML checks.

Voluntary closure: Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for reasons unrelated to responsible gaming may contact fui9 support at any time. Accounts closed voluntarily with a positive balance will have their remaining funds returned within 5 business days. Players who request voluntary closure for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool instead of simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional protective measures.

fui9 provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates reliably and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect platform availability from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fui9 and its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages
• Losses arising from network interruptions, internet connectivity failures, or device issues on the player's side
• Losses arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials
• Losses resulting from the player acting on incorrect or incomplete information published in error on the platform, where such errors are corrected within a reasonable timeframe

Nothing in these Terms limits fui9's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Gambling involves financial risk. Winnings are never guaranteed, and the house edge means that, over time, the platform has a statistical advantage in most games. Players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose. fui9 is not liable for any financial hardship resulting from gambling losses incurred on the platform.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of fui9 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be directed to fui9 support for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated through appropriate channels.
